  1.      --  Installation of Hardlock drivers for the CAM350 Family  --

  3. This procedure will help guide you through the installation of the
  4. CAM350 Family hardlock drivers. If you have any questions or problems
  5. during this install, please call us at 800-535-3226.
  6.  
  7. Note:
  8.         These drivers are only needed if the hardlock is not being seen
  9.         by the CAM350 Family at start-up. (High-speed Pentium users with
  10.         EPP ports my experience this more than others)

  13. ----> Installing the software:
  14.  
  15. In your CAM350 Family home directory you will find 3 ZIP files. Each file is
  16. labeled according to the operating system you are running.
  17.  
  18.         KEY_WIN.ZIP = Windows 3.1X
  19.         KEY_95.ZIP  = Windows95
  20.         KEY_NT.ZIP  = Windows/NT (includes all processors: Intel, Alpha, MIPS)

  22. Choose the file that matches your operating system and then use PKUNZIP to
  23. extract the compressed files. You will need to use the '-d' option to restore
  24. sub-directories which are included within each ZIP file.

  26.         ie: pkunzip -d key_win

  30. ----> Setting up the hardlock driver:

  32. Now that you have uncompressed the driver files, all you need to do is run the
  33. setup program which was included with them.

  37. Simply follow the instructions provided in the driver help files.
