  1. Software License Agreement

  3. This is Shareware version of Calypso for Windows 95. You are hereby
  4. licensed to: use the Shareware version for a 30 day evaluation period;
  5. make as many copies of the Shareware version as you wish; give exact
  6. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  7. Shareware version of Calypso in its unmodified form via electronic
  8. means. There is no charge for any of the above. In order for you to
  9. maintain the right of uninterrupted use of Calypso after the trial
  10. period, you must register permanent usage of the program and pay the
  11. appropriate fee.

  13. Permanent Usage License Agreement

  15. One permanent usage license is valid for use on single workstation by
  16. one or multiple people. You are not allowed to distribute either the
  17. registration code or the registration key file.

  19. Disclaimer of Warranty

  21. CALYPSO AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT
  22. WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMACE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
  23. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  26. Calypso may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  27. OFFERED.
