Software License Agreement

This is Shareware version of Calypso for Windows 95. You are hereby
licensed to: use the Shareware version for a 30 day evaluation period;
make as many copies of the Shareware version as you wish; give exact
copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
Shareware version of Calypso in its unmodified form via electronic
means. There is no charge for any of the above. In order for you to
maintain the right of uninterrupted use of Calypso after the trial
period, you must register permanent usage of the program and pay the
appropriate fee.

Permanent Usage License Agreement

One permanent usage license is valid for use on single workstation by
one or multiple people. You are not allowed to distribute either the
registration code or the registration key file.

Disclaimer of Warranty

CALYPSO AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMACE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments into which
Calypso may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.
