  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  8. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  9. agreement signed by High Mountain Software, then your use of this
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  11. warranty.

  13. You may install and use multiple copies for multiple users without
  14. restriction. License to use this version of iSpeed is free of charge.

  16. Distribution

  18. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  19. donations, for any copies of iSpeed, however made; and from
  20. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  21. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. To
  22. request distribution authorization, please send your request via
  23. email to cstone@hms.com.

  25. iSpeed may be freely distributed as long as the distrbution method
  26. remains at no charge to the end user. iSpeed may not be bundled with
  27. any hardware or software products (free or otherwise) without express
  28. written consent from High Mountain Software. Distribution in freeware
  29. and shareware CD software collections is authorized as long as the
  30. latest version available is used and notification of the inclusion of
  31. iSpeed in the collection is sent to cstone@hms.com prior to any
  32. distribution.

  34. Governing Law

  36. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  37. Colorado.

  39. Disclaimer of Warranty

  41. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  42. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  43. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  44. various hardware and software environments into which iSpeed
  45. may be installed and used, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  46. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  49. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it,
  50. and a good backup of system settings and data is done prior to
  51. running the application. The user must assume the entire risk
