License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by High Mountain Software, then your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty.

You may install and use multiple copies for multiple users without
restriction. License to use this version of iSpeed is free of charge.

Distribution

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for any copies of iSpeed, however made; and from
distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. To
request distribution authorization, please send your request via
email to cstone@hms.com.

iSpeed may be freely distributed as long as the distrbution method
remains at no charge to the end user. iSpeed may not be bundled with
any hardware or software products (free or otherwise) without express
written consent from High Mountain Software. Distribution in freeware
and shareware CD software collections is authorized as long as the
latest version available is used and notification of the inclusion of
iSpeed in the collection is sent to cstone@hms.com prior to any
distribution.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Colorado.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which iSpeed
may be installed and used, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it,
and a good backup of system settings and data is done prior to
running the application. The user must assume the entire risk 
of using this program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE 
LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF ANY
PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO SELLER.
