Thank you for downloading SafeInHand. Please visit our website for the
most up to date version: http://www.PalmInHand.com.
Getting Started
The first screen of the program asks for a Master Password. This is
the password you will use to log in from now on. If this is your first
time running the application, you will be asked to confirm the password
you just entered. Do not lose this password, it is used to scramble
the entire database and may not be recoverable if it is forgotten.
To register the application, choose About from the menu and click
the Register button. There is a series of letters and numbers separated
by colons (:) on this screen. This set will be required for registration.
Registration can be done by following the instructions at
http://www.PalmInHand.com/SafeInHand.htm.

Bug that caused garbage to occasionally show up in the

v2.0 - 4/3/2000 -
Clicking on an entry now takes you immediately to the edit
screen. This was done because of the additional information
you can now enter about your records.
Customizable tags and note addtion. The first thing you will
notice on the edit screen is that you can change the labels
for User ID and Password. These are individualized for each
record. We have also added a large Note field for each
record.
The ability to change the Master Password. You asked for it
and now its here. You can change the Master Password from
the menu on the Password List screen.
The ability to obscure the Master Password entry field on the
first screen. The Preferences menu choice from the Password
list screen will let you turn on an option that will place
a black box over the Master Password entry field.
Categories are now available for your Password List.
