  1. Release notes for KeyZ 1.0.6 - 7/23/99

  3. In this release, I made changes to the escape codes.  All of them are three
  4. characters now.
  5.  
  6. In the previous release, I added many new escape codes for PC Terminal mode.
  7. So you can do everything in PC Terminal mode that you can do with a Newton
  8. keyboard, provided you add the necessary function key mappings to your
  9. terminal program.  See ESCAPECODES.txt for details.

  12. Regarding OpenKey: I dropped the idea of making a "universal" keyboard driver.
  13. Not enough demand, and too confusing for users.
