  6.   In this license, the term "Program" means the PawDate distribution,
  7. which consists of the PawDate program and accompanying documentation
  8. and license files. The term "Author" refers to Poul F. Williams.

  14.   The license agreement governs your use of the Program. Use of the
  15. Program is conditioned on you accepting and complying with this
  16. license in full.
