  In this license, the term "Program" means the PawDate distribution,
which consists of the PawDate program and accompanying documentation
and license files. The term "Author" refers to Poul F. Williams.

  Each licensee is addressed as "you".

  The license agreement governs your use of the Program. Use of the
Program is conditioned on you accepting and complying with this
license in full.

  The Program is copyright (c) 2000 by Poul F. Williams. All rights
reserved.

  The Program is distributed as shareware. You are granted the right
to use the limited version of the Program (the version with
functionality disabled). Once you register, you are granted the right
to use the full Program.

  You may make and distribute verbatim copies of the Program provided
that you do not charge money for it.

  When you register you get a registration code to unlock the
Program. You may unlock exactly ONE copy of the Program for each
registration.

  You may NOT:

  a) Sell the Program, OR
  b) Modify any part of the Program, OR
  c) Reverse engineer / disassemble the Program, OR
  d) Distribute the registration code for the Program.

damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Program. You
agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Author harmless from and
against any third-party claim.

like aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic
control, direct life support machines, nuclear power plants, weapons
systems or other activities in which the failure of the Program could
lead to death, personal injury or physical, environmental, economical
or property damage.

  This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of Denmark. All
legal matters shall be solved by the courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.
