  3. Please read this entire read.me file.  It's not big, but it has
  4. pointers to all the other documentation.

  7. For installation instructions, read INSTALL.DOC or (PostScript) INSTALL.PS.

  9. For changes to the packet drivers since the last release, see CHANGES.DOC.
  10.  
  11. For a list of possible problems, see BUGS.DOC.

  13. For descriptions of the files, see MANIFEST.DOC.
  14.  
  15. For the copyright, see COPYING.DOC.  In part it says that: Anyone
  16. with a copy of the drivers may give it away, and the source code for
  17. all modules must be available.

  19. NO WARRANTY, see COPYING.DOC, but support for packet drivers is
  20. available, see SUPPORT.DOC.

  22. Programmers might want to see the packet driver specification, in PACKET_D.109.

  24. Many people have contributed to this effort, see WORKERS.DOC and CHANGES.DOC.

  32. Clarkson University used to maintain an older version of this
  33. collection.  Clarkson now has nothing to do with packet driver
  34. development, other than hosting the mailing list.
