  3.         This page contains order information and payment methods. Order
  4.         form is on the next two pages. You can also run REGISTER.EXE
  5.         which helps you fill out the order form.

  8.         1. Information:
  9.  
  10.            Please see page 4 of DCF47.DOC file for license agreement
  11.            and section 18 for information regarding DISK COPY PLUS and
  12.            DISK UTIL PACK.

  15.         2. Order directly from DCF Software:
  16.  
  17.            Please send order form with payment to DCF Software. The
  18.            following payment methods are accepted.
  19.  
  20.            a. Checks in US funds drawn on a US bank.
  21.  
  22.            b. Money order issued by banks, post office or American
  23.           Express.
  24.  
  25.            c. Credit card (VISA or Master Card.) Products must be
  26.           mailed to the same person.
  27.  
  28.            d. Cash. Please note that the author can not be responsible
  29.           for any loss in the mail. Please send cash by registered
  30.           mail or at least wrap it so that someone examining the
  31.           envelope without opening it will not see cash inside.

  33.         3. Order from registration services, oversea vendors:

  35.            CompuServe (CIS) : go SWREG and look for Registration ID
  36.            1931. The price is $29.50 USD for DCF.

  38.            Public (software) Library (PsL) : call 800-242-4PsL (from
  39.            overseas: 713-524-6394) or FAX to 713-524-6398 and ask for
  40.            item 11141. The prices for DCF is $27/$28/$30 USD for US/
  41.            Canada/other users, respectively. Please note that these
  42.            numbers are for order ONLY. Phone number for support will be
  43.            given to registered users from DCF Software.
