  4.     1.    Yancey Ream grants to you a period of one month to
  5. test this product out.  After this trial period, you must Register
  6. the mini-Backup Master with Yancey Ream.

  15.     2.    COPYRIGHT.  mini-Backup Master is owned by Yancey Ream
  16. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international
  17. treaty provisions.

  19.     3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not reverse engineer,
  20. decompile, or disassemble mini-Backup Master, except to the extent the
  21. foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

  25. LIMITED WARRANTY

  27. IF YOU ACQUIRED THIS mini-BACKUP MASTER PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES, THE
  28. FOLLOWING LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO YOU.

  30. NO WARRANTIES.  Yancey Ream expressly disclaims any warranty for mini-
  31. Backup Master. mini-Backup Master and any related documentation is provided
  32. "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
  33. without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
  34. for a  particular purpose, or noninfringement.  The entire risk arising
  35. out of use or performance of mini-Backup Master remains with you.
  36.  
  37. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall Yancey Ream or
  38. its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
  39. limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption,
  40. loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out
  41. of the use or inability to use this Yancey Ream product, even if
  42. Yancey Ream has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
