	1.	Yancey Ream grants to you a period of one month to
test this product out.  After this trial period, you must Register
the mini-Backup Master with Yancey Ream.

	2.	COPYRIGHT.  mini-Backup Master is owned by Yancey Ream
and is protected by United States copyright laws and international
treaty provisions.

	3.	OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not reverse engineer,
decompile, or disassemble mini-Backup Master, except to the extent the
foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

LIMITED WARRANTY

IF YOU ACQUIRED THIS mini-BACKUP MASTER PRODUCT IN THE UNITED STATES, THE
FOLLOWING LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO YOU.

NO WARRANTIES.  Yancey Ream expressly disclaims any warranty for mini-
Backup Master. mini-Backup Master and any related documentation is provided
"as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
for a  particular purpose, or noninfringement.  The entire risk arising
out of use or performance of mini-Backup Master remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall Yancey Ream or
its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption,
loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out
of the use or inability to use this Yancey Ream product, even if
Yancey Ream has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
