Customizing toolbars
You can choose which toolbars display on your screen. You can also move a toolbar anywhere on the screen. Placing it inside the document window creates a floating toolbar with a title bar. Placing it on any of the four sides of the document window docks the toolbar, making it part of the window border.
You can create custom toolbars to provide quick access to the features, keystrokes, commands, and macros you use most.
To display a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 In the Available toolbars list, enable the check box beside a toolbar name.
A check mark next to the toolbar indicates that it is displayed.
Note
The maximum number of toolbars you can display is 10.
Tip
You can display a list of some of the available toolbars by right-clicking a toolbar.
To move a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar name from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Options.
6 In the Toolbar location area, enable one of the following options:
Left-docks the toolbar on the left side of the document window
Right-docks the toolbar on the right side of the document window
Top-docks the toolbar at the top of the document window
Bottom-docks the toolbar at the bottom of the document window
Palette-creates a floating toolbar that you can move anywhere on the screen
You can also
Set the number of rows for a toolbar Type a value in the Maximum number of rows/columns to show box.
Add a scroll bar to a toolbar Enable the Show scroll bar check box.
Tip
You can also move a toolbar by pointing to the toolbar's border, and dragging it to a new position.
To create a floating toolbar
Point to the border of a docked toolbar and drag it onto the work area.
Tips
You can dock a floating toolbar by pointing to the border of the toolbar, and dragging it toward the edge of the window until it changes shape.
You can also dock a floating toolbar by double-clicking the toolbar.
To create a custom toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize setting dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Click Create.
5 In the Create toolbar dialog box, type a name for the toolbar in the New toolbar name box.
6 In the Toolbar editor dialog box, choose a category from the Feature categories list box.
7 Choose a feature from the Features list.
8 Click Add button.
Tip
You can also create a custom toolbar by right-clicking a toolbar, and clicking Settings Create.
Customizing toolbar buttons and separators
You can add buttons and separators to custom toolbars or to the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect. Separators are the vertical lines between buttons and are used to create a group of buttons. You can also rearrange buttons on a toolbar. You can also remove a button from a toolbar.
You can change toolbar buttons so that they display with text only, with pictures only, or with both pictures and text. You can change the picture on a button.
To add a button to a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Toolbar editor dialog box, choose a category from the Feature categories list box.
7 Choose a feature from the Features list.
8 Click Add button.
Tip
You can also add a button to a toolbar by dragging the button from the Features list to the toolbar.
To add a separator to a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 Double-click in the Separator box.
Tip
The new separator displays at the end of the toolbar. You can position the separator by dragging it to a new position.
To remove a separator
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Drag the separator from the toolbar to the document window.
To rearrange buttons on a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 On the toolbar, drag a button to a new position.
Tip
You can reposition a toolbar button by holding down Alt and dragging the button to a new position.
To remove a button from a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 Drag a button from the toolbar.
Tip
You can also remove a toolbar button by holding down Alt and dragging the button from the toolbar.
To change the appearance of a toolbar button
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Options.
6 In the Button appearance area, enable one of the following options:
Text-displays text only on the toolbar button
Picture-displays pictures only on the toolbar button
Picture and text-displays pictures and text on the toolbar button
To change the picture on a toolbar button
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 On the toolbar, right-click a toolbar button, and click Customize.
7 In the Customize button dialog box, click Edit in the Image area.
8 In the Image editor dialog box, modify any of the settings.
You can also
Edit text In the Customize button dialog box, type text in the Button text box.
Edit a QuickTip In the Customize button dialog box, type text in the QuickTip box.
Tip
You can also edit a toolbar button by right-clicking a toolbar, and clicking Edit.
Copying, renaming, restoring, and deleting toolbars
You can copy toolbars. Copying a toolbar is useful when you want to create a toolbar with similar features and buttons as an existing toolbar. You can also rename toolbars; however, you can rename only the toolbars that you have created, not the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect.
You can restore any of the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect to their original settings.
You can delete toolbars you have created.
To copy a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Click Copy.
5 From the Template to copy from list box in the Copy toolbars dialog box, choose the template in which the toolbar is stored.
6 Choose a toolbar from the Select toolbars to copy list.
7 From the Template to copy to list box, choose the template to which you want to copy the toolbar.
8 Click Copy.
9 In the Copy/rename object dialog box, type a name for the toolbar in the Object box.
To rename a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Rename.
6 In the Rename toolbar dialog box, type a name in the Rename toolbar to box.
Note
Only customized toolbars can be renamed. Preset toolbars cannot be renamed.
To restore a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Reset.
To delete a toolbar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
4 Choose a toolbar from the Available toolbars list.
5 Click Delete.
Note
You can delete only toolbars you have created.
Customizing the property bar
The property bar displays different controls, depending on the object you have selected. You can change the location of a property bar.
You can add a button to a property bar. You can change the appearance of property bar buttons so that they display with text only, with pictures only, or with both pictures and text. You can also edit the picture used for a property bar button.
You can restore the original settings of the property bar at any time.
To change the location of a property bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Property bars tab.
4 Choose a property bar from the Available property bars list.
5 Click Options.
6 In the Property bar location area, enable one of the following buttons:
Left-docks the property bar on the left side of the document window
Right-docks the property bar on the right side of the document window
Top-docks the property bar at the top of the document window
Bottom-docks the property bar at the bottom of the document window
Palette-creates a floating property bar that you can move anywhere on the screen
You can also

Tips
You can double-click a docked property bar to make it a floating property bar.
You can dock a floating property at its last docked position by double-clicking it.

4 Choose a property bar from the Available property bars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Property bar editor dialog box, choose a category from the Feature categories list box.
7 Click Add button.

Add a separator to the property bar Double-click in the Separator box.
Remove a button from the property bar Drag the button off the property bar.
Rearrange buttons on the property bar Drag a button to a new position on the property bar.
To change the appearance of a property bar button
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Property bars tab.
4 Choose a property bar from the Available property bars list.
5 Click Options.
6 In the Button appearance area, enable one of the following options:
Text-displays text only on the property bar button
Picture-displays pictures only on the property bar button
Picture and text-displays pictures and text on the property bar button
To change the picture on a property bar button
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Property bars tab.
4 Choose a property bar from the Available property bars list.
5 Click Edit.
6 On the property bar, right-click a property bar button , and click Customize.
7 In the Customize button dialog box, click Edit in the Image area.
8 In the Image editor dialog box, modify any of the settings.

Edit button text Type text in the Button text box.
Edit the QuickTip for a button Type text in the QuickTip box.
To restore a property bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Property bars tab.
4 Choose a property bar from the Available property bars list.
5 Click Reset.
Customizing the application bar
The application bar displays information about the document that is open in WordPerfect. By default, the application bar appears at the bottom of the application window.
You can display or hide the application bar. You can add items to the application bar, and you can change the order in which options on the application bar appear. You can change the size of text on the application bar. The font on the application bar is based on the Windows system font. You can also restore the application bar to its original settings.
To display or hide the application bar
Click View Application bar.
A check mark next to the application bar command indicates that the application bar is displayed.
To add information to the application bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Application bar.
3 In the Select items to appear on the bar list, enable the check boxes beside the items you want to add.
To move an item on the application bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Application bar.
3 On the application bar, drag an item to a new position.
Tip
You can also move an item on the application bar by holding down Alt and dragging the item to a new position.
To change the size of text on the application bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Application bar.
3 In the Font size area, enable one of the options:
Small
Normal
Large
Note
If the Small option is grayed, the system font is already as small as it can be.
To restore the default application bar
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Application bar.
3 In the Application bar settings dialog box, click Reset.
Choosing and creating menus
You can choose the menu you want to use.
Displaying shortcut keys on menus can make accessing menu commands easier.
You can create custom menus that contain the commands and features you use most often.
To choose a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
5 Click Select.
Tip
You can revert to the default menu by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Backspace.
To display shortcut keys on a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Interface tab.
4 In the Items to display on menus area, enable the Shortcut keys check box.
To create a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Click Create.
5 In the Create menu bar dialog box, type a name for the menu in the New menu bar name box.
6 Click OK.
The Menu editor dialog box opens, and the menu is displayed at the top of the document window.
7 Choose a category from the Feature categories list box.
8 Choose a feature from the Features list.
9 Click Add menu item.
Adding and removing menu items, separators, and drop-down menus
You can add menu items, separators and drop-down menus to a custom menu or to one of the preset menus provided with WordPerfect. Separators are the horizontal lines between commands in a menu and are used to create a group of commands.
You can also remove menu items you no longer need.
To add a menu item to a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
The menu displays at the top of the document window.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Menu editor dialog box, choose a category from the Feature categories list box.
7 Choose a feature from the Features list.
8 Click Add menu item.
Tip
You can also add a menu item by choosing a menu from the available menus list, and dragging it from the Features list box to the menu outside the Menu editor dialog box.
To add a separator to a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
The menu displays at the top of the document window.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Menu editor dialog box, drag a separator from the Separator box to a menu on the menu bar.
To add a drop-down menu to a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
The menu displays at the top of the document window.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Menu editor dialog box, drag a drop-down menu from the Menu box to a menu on the menu bar.
To remove a menu item from a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
The menu displays at the top of the document window.
5 Click Edit.
6 Drag a menu item from the menu bar.
Renaming, deleting, and restoring menus
You can rename or delete menus that you have created. You cannot rename or delete the preset menus provided with WordPerfect. You can restore the preset menus provided with WordPerfect.
To rename a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
5 Click Rename.
6 In the Rename menu bar dialog box, type a new name in the Rename menu bar to box.
To delete a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
5 Click Delete.
To restore a menu
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Menus tab.
4 Choose a menu from the Available menus list.
5 Click Reset.
Note
Only preset menus can be restored.
Customizing workspace and display options
You can customize how the document window looks by displaying or hiding items, such as table gridlines, graphics, and hidden text. For example, you can speed up the display of a document by displaying table gridlines or by hiding graphics. For more information about table gridlines, see "Displaying table gridlines and formula indicators." For more information about graphics, see "Modifying graphics."
By hiding all bars and menus in a document, you can remove the toolbars, property bar, ruler, application bar, scroll bar, and menus from the document window.
You can choose to hide the QuickTips on menus. QuickTips provide information about the icons and buttons on the toolbar, property bar, and application bar, and about options on the menu. QuickTips pop up in a small box next to the pointer when you point to an icon or button for a few seconds.
You can enable Corel RealTime Preview, which lets you view the effects of a proposed change to text before you apply the change.
To display or hide items in a document
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Display.
3 In the Display settings dialog box, click the Document tab.
4 In the Show area, enable or disable any check boxes.
A check mark next to the item in the View menu indicates that the item is displayed.
Tip
You can customize settings by right-clicking the WordPerfect title bar and clicking Settings.
To hide all bars and menus in a document
Click View Hide bars.
Tip
You can restores the bars and menus to your screen by pressing Esc.
To hide QuickTips on menus
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Interface tab.
4 In the Items to display on menus area, disable the QuickTips check box.

QuickTips are displayed by default.
To enable Corel RealTime Preview
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Display.
3 In the Display settings dialog box, click the Document tab.
4 Enable the RealTime preview check box in the Show area.
Using Microsoft Outlook address book in WordPerfect
WordPerfect allows you to use a Microsoft Outlook address book in WordPerfect. For example, you can choose an individual from the Outlook contact list when creating routing slips for document tracking or creating envelopes and labels. You can also use Outlook for merging documents.
To use Microsoft Outlook address book in WordPerfect
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the General tab.
4 Enable the Use Outlook address book/contact list check box.
Changing shadow cursor and dragging settings
The shadow cursor displays when you point to text or to white space (background), but only in the active editing area. The purpose of the shadow cursor is to show you exactly where the cursor will go when you click the mouse.
You can change settings for the shadow cursor, including how the shadow cursor reacts in the document window and how it displays.
You can enable the drag option. The drag option lets you drag to set the size of a graphic.
To change shadow cursor settings
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Display.
3 In the Display settings dialog box, click the Document tab.
4 In the Shadow cursor area, open the Color picker, and click a color.
5 Open the Shape picker, and click a shape.
6 In the Active in area, enable one of the following options:
Text-lets the shadow cursor become active when positioned in text
White space-lets the shadow cursor become active when positioned in white space
Both-lets the shadow cursor become active when positioned in text or white space
7 In the Snap to area, enable one of the following options:
Margins-makes the shadow cursor snap to margins
Tabs-makes the shadow cursor snap to tab settings
Indent-makes the shadow cursor snap to indents
Spaces-makes the shadow cursor snap to spaces
Note
If you choose to have the shadow cursor active only in text, the Snap to options are not available.
To enable the drag option
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Graphics tab.
4 Enable the Drag to create new graphic boxes check box.
Changing measurement and ruler settings
You can choose a unit of measurement for such items as font size, columns and margins, lines, and horizontal and vertical spacing. You can also change ruler settings so that tabs snap to specific measurements or so that ruler guides are displayed.
To change measurement settings for dialog boxes and Reveal Codes
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Display.
3 In the Display settings dialog box, click the Document tab.
4 Choose a unit of measure from the Units of measure list box.
Tip
You can also choose a unit of measure to be used on the application bar and ruler by choosing a unit of measurement from the Application bar/ruler display list box.
To change ruler settings
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Display.
3 In the Display settings dialog box, click the Ruler tab.
4 In the Ruler options area, enable any of the following check boxes:
Tabs snap to ruler grid-makes the tabs snap to specific ruler settings
Show ruler guides-displays ruler guides
Tip
You can also change ruler settings by right-clicking the ruler, and clicking Settings.
Changing user information, prompt settings, and error notifications
WordPerfect lets you change user information. For example, you can add your name and initials to user information and choose a color in which to display your comments so that other users can easily identify them.
You can choose to be prompted if a word needs to be hyphenated. You can also choose to be notified when an error is detected in a document.
To change user information for comments and document summaries
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the General tab.
4 Type a name in the Name box.
5 Type initials in the Initials box.
6 Open the User color picker, and click a color.
To change hyphenation prompts
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Prompts tab.
4 From the On hyphenation list box choose one of the following options:
Always-displays a prompt every time a word should be hyphenated
Never-never displays a prompt when a word should be hyphenated
When required-displays a prompt when a word should be hyphenated, but is not found in the main word list
To change error notifications
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Prompts tab.
4 In the Beep area, enable any of the following check boxes:
On error-notifies you when an error is detected
On hyphenation-notifies you when a word should be hyphenated, but isn't
On find failure-notifies you when WordPerfect fails to find an item during a search
Changing the language for WordPerfect
WordPerfect is available in different language versions. When you use each language version, the program interface, including dialog box text, prompts, and menus, uses that language. You can change the interface language as long as you have another language version installed.
WordPerfect includes writing tools to help you type and proofread text. You can change the writing tools language. For example, if you do much of your work in English but also write documents in German, you can set a document's language as German and use the German spelling checker, thesaurus, and Grammatik.
To change the interface language
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Interface tab.
4 Choose a language from the Interface language list box.
To change the writing tools language
1 Click Tools Language Settings.
2 Choose a language from the Current language list.
If you want to set a language as the default, enable the Save as default writing tools language check box.
Saving workspace settings
You can save your customized workspace settings, including shadow cursor settings, measurement and ruler settings, toolbar, application bar and property bar settings. By saving your workspace settings, they remain in effect until you change them.
To save workspace settings
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Environment.
3 In the Environment settings dialog box, click the Interface tab.
4 In the Save workspace area, enable one of the following options:
Always-always saves workspace settings when quitting WordPerfect
Never-never saves workspace settings when quitting WordPerfect
Prompt on exit-prompts you to save workspace settings when quitting WordPerfect
Choosing and creating shortcut keys
WordPerfect provides shortcut keys that help you work more efficiently. You can customize shortcut keys to provide quick access to the features and macros you use most. You can choose a specific keyboard to use. You can revert to the default WordPerfect keyboard at any time.
You can create a custom keyboard that lets you choose the shortcut keys you use most. You can also add and remove shortcut keys from the keyboards you have created or from the keyboards provided with WordPerfect. For more information about using shortcut keys, see "Using shortcut keys."
To choose a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Select.
To revert to the default keyboard
Press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Backspace.
To create a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Click Create.
5 Type a name for the keyboard in the New keyboard name box, and click OK.
6 In the Keyboard shortcuts dialog box, choose a shortcut key from the Choose a shortcut key list.
7 On the Features tab, choose a category from the Features categories list box.
8 Choose a feature from the Assign a feature to the shortcut key list.
9 Click Assign feature to key.
To add a shortcut key
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Keyboard shortcuts dialog box, choose a shortcut key from the Choose a shortcut key list.
7 On the Features tab, choose a category from the Features categories list box.
8 Choose a feature from the Assign a feature to the shortcut key list.
9 Click Assign feature to key.
You can also
Assign a shortcut that will run an application Click the Programs tab. Click Assign program to key. In the Open file dialog box, select a program to be run when the shortcut key is pressed.
Assign a shortcut that will play a macro Click the Macros tab. Click Assign Macro to key. In the Select macro dialog box, choose a macro to be played when the shortcut key is pressed.
To remove a shortcut key
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Edit.
6 In the Keyboard shortcut dialog box, choose a shortcut key from the Choose a shortcut key list.
7 Click Remove assignment.
Copying, restoring, renaming, and deleting keyboards
WordPerfect allows you to copy keyboards. Copying a keyboard is useful when you want to create a new keyboard that contains keyboard assignments similar to an existing keyboard. You can also restore any of the preset keyboards provided with WordPerfect to their original settings.
You can rename or delete keyboards that you have created. You cannot rename or delete the preset keyboards provided with WordPerfect.
To copy a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Click Copy.
5 From the Template to copy from list box in the Copy keyboard dialog box, choose the template in which the keyboard is stored.
6 Choose a keyboard from the Select keyboards to copy list.
7 From the Template to copy to list box, choose the template to which you want to copy the keyboard.
8 Click Copy.
9 In the Copy/rename object dialog box, type a name for the keyboard in the Object box.
To restore a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Reset.
To rename a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Rename.
6 In the Rename keyboard dialog box, type a new name in the Rename keyboard to box.
To delete a keyboard
1 Click Tools Settings.
2 Click Customize.
3 In the Customize settings dialog box, click the Keyboards tab.
4 Choose a keyboard from the Available keyboards list.
5 Click Delete.
Changing font size and colors of the Help
You can decrease and increase the font size of the text that displays in a Help window. You can apply the system colors so that the background color and text in the Help window match the system colors.
To change the font size in a Help topic
1 Click Help Help topics.
2 Click the Contents tab.
3 Choose a book icon.
4 Click Open.
5 Choose a topic.
6 Click Display.
7 In the WordPerfect Help window, click Options Font, and click one of the following:
Small-decreases the default font size
Normal-displays text in the default font size
Large-increases the default font size
A check mark indicates which font is enabled.
To apply system colors to the Help window
1 Click Help Help topics.
2 Click the Contents tab.
3 Choose a book icon.
4 Click Open.
5 Choose a topic.
6 Click Display.
7 In the Help window, click Options Use system colors.
A check mark indicates that this command is enabled.
