  26.                  **** ASP OMBUDSMAN POLICY ****

  28.   1.The ASP board shall set up the office of Ombudsman and appoint 
  29.     someone to that position. The Ombudsman's sole role shall be to 
  30.     mediate disputes between ASP members and their customers. The 
  31.     Ombudsman shall report to the board situations where he feels 
  32.     board action or knowledge is appropriate.
  33.   2.All ASP members and vendor associate members are required to
  34.     cooperate with the Ombudsman when approached by him/her.
