  1. If you have an aversion to Install programs, you can 
  2. manually install Daywatch for Windows by doing the 
  3. following:

  5. Note: ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE MANUALLY
  6. INSTALLING. IF YOU WANT THE INSTALLER
  7. TO DO THE WORK, THEN PRESS THE CONTINUE 
  8. BUTTON AND SIT BACK. 
  9.  
  10. 1. Press the Continue button to close this readme file.
  11. 2. At this point the installation process will begin.
  12. 3. Press the Cancel button to stop it and go to DOS (or 
  13.     use the File Manager to perform the equivalent steps 
  14.     described below).
  15. 4. Make a new directory (call it what you want).
  16. 5. Use EXPAND.EXE (comes with Dos and Windows) to
  17.     decompress all files with an "_" in the extension to 
  18.     the new directory.
  19. 6. Read the README.TXT file.
  20. 7. Back in Windows, install the icons of WINWATCH.EXE,
  21.     WINCHECK.EXE and CONFIG.EXE in whatever Program 
  22.     Group you wish.

  24. If any of these instuctions don't make sense, then use 
  25. the Install program to do it for you.
