  7. The use of PortaMail is restricted to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions of use: -

  11. PortaMail may not be freely distributed without the author's sole permission.

  13. The author will not take responsibility for any loss of data or damage caused by using PortaMail.

  15. PortaMail may not be disassembled, decompiled or reverse engineered.

  17. PortaMail is not guaranteed to work with updates to software either on the PDA or Desktop PC.

  19. The author is not obliged to offer updates to PortaMail, though may do so at there own discretion.

  21. The software may be installed on more than one machine at a time though use is limited solely to the holder of the original licence.
