- I need some information about your modem and your telephone
- line. We have to determine two commands, which MINITERM has to say
- to your modem. First is called <I>Init string</I>, and for most
- modems, it will be simply <B>ATZ</B> or <B>AT&F0</B>. Unfortunately,
- although all modems will respond OK to ATZ, not all of them will work
- correctly after such init string.
