  10. Now we must decide, how fast can Arachne components MINITERM and DOSPPPD
  11. talk to your modem. This communication speed is always higher, than the
  12. real modem speed, so if you have 14400 bps (14k4) modem, you should choose
  13. communication speed at least 19200 bps, for 33600 bps (33k6) modem choose 38400 bps,
  14. etc. Historical PCs used to have speed of COM1 and COM2 ports limited
  15. to 9600 bps.
