  1. GeoTools Registration Information and Order Form

  3. Disk orders for GeoTools will be shipped by postal mail within two
  4. business days after they are received; there is no additional charge
  5. for the postage.

  7. You can place orders for delivery by postal mail using the order form
  8. below.

  10. Ordering by Check
  11.  
  12. To order by check, send a completed order form (below) and a check
  13. payable to Sentinel USA, Inc. 51 North Third St., Suite 702, Newark,
  14. OH. 43055.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, or
  15. you can send international postal money orders in US dollars.

  17. Any questions about the status of the shipment of an order, refunds,
  18. registration options, product details, technical support, volume
  19. discounts, dealer pricing, site licenses, etc., should be directed
  20. to Sentinel USA, Inc. and/or Four Dimension Technologies.

  27. Site Licenses

  29. A site license for GeoTools entitles an organization to receive one
  30. copy of the distribution package and to duplicate the software as
  31. necessary for use within the organization on the specified number of
  32. computers.  See the order form below for site license pricing.

  36. Purchase Orders

  38. Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted from government and
  39. accredited educational institutions and major corporations, provided
  40. that they are submitted on purchase order forms with a purchase order
  41. number.  Please be sure to include your AutoCAD serial numbers as
  42. shown below and your email address with your purchase order, and send
  43. it to Sentinel USA, Inc. 51 North Third St., Suite 702, Newark OH.
