  7.  RightClick-MP3 requires the use of L3Decode by Fraunhofer-IIS.  If L3Decode
  8.   is not registered, it will produce a NAG screen asking you to enter your
  9.   registration information.

  11.  If you have L3Encode/Decode v2.72 registered, then you can say yes and
  12.   enter your information.  Otherwise you should say no to continue decoding
  13.   without a reg code.  Good news is, your registration status will not effect
  14.   the .WAV's that will be produced.

  16.  The only difference that you will notice between registered and unregistered
  17.   L3Decode is the absence of the nag screen when it is registered.

  22.  You can't.  L3encode\Decode is old.  It's been replaced with a program called
  23.   MP3Enc.  MP3Enc does have a companion decoder, but you only get it if you
  24.   register MP3Enc (and I prefer BladeEnc).

  29.  To register L3Decode, you are supposed to eMail sales@opticom.de, but with it
  30.   being replaced by a new program, I don't know what you end up with...

  35. The registration code for 2.72 is different than the one for earlier versions.
  36. There are a few things you can do:

  38. 1) If you have 2.72 registered:
  39.    - copy your "register.inf" file to C:\Program Files\Rc-MP3\ and you're set.
  40.  
  41. 2) If you have an earlier version registered:
  42.    - Copy l3dec.exe to C:\Program Files\Rc-MP3\ and rename it "RcMP3dec.exe"
  43.    - Copy Go32.exe to C:\Program Files\Rc-MP3\
  44.    - Copy Register.inf to C:\Program Files\Rc-MP3\
  45.    OR
  46.    - Contact sales@opticom.de about getting the newer registration code for
  47.      version 2.72.
