  9.      1. Option "Copy files opened for writing" in "System settings".
  10.         If switched on, FAR is able to copy files, which are opened
  11.         by other programs for writing.

  13.      2. Option "Position of new descriptions in the string" 
  14.         in the "File descriptions" configuration dialog controls
  15.         alignment of new descriptions in description lists.
  16.  
  17.      3. FAR now understands quoted file names in description lists,
  18.         even if such names do not contain spaces.

  20.      4. Significantly increased speed of deleting folders to Recycle Bin.

  22.      5. The default FAR icon is changed. Now FAR tries to loads
  23.         the icon from far.exe resources instead of external far.ico
  24.         file, if possible. My thanks to Gregory Belenky for providing
  25.         the icon.

  27.      6. Added -ag command line switch, which disables usage of
  28.         pseudographics characters.

  30.      7. New %%R variable in "Archive support" plugin denotes
  31.         the current folder in archive.

  33.      8. Section names in the external archivers definition file
  34.         'Plugins\MultiArc\Formats\custom.ini' are not important more.
  35.         You may use any strings here, not only "Type<n>" as before.
  36.         And if "TypeName" parameter is not defined, FAR will use
  37.         section name as archive format name, so it is possible
  38.         to remove "TypeName" strings at all.

  40.      9. Fixed a few bugs:

  42.         a) bug in the "Advanced compare" plugin, which sometimes
  43.            caused incorrect comparing of subfolders;
  44.  
  45.         b) bug in file descriptions processing;
  46.  
  47.         c) problem with entering the '~' character in some keyboard
  48.            layouts;
  49.  
  50.         d) ECaseEng.hlf help file erroneously contained information
  51.            about "File names case conversion" plugin instead of
  52.            "Text case conversion";
