  4.     LICENSE AGREEMENT
  5. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

  7.     DEMO VERSION (UNREGISTERED COPY)

  9.     You are hereby licensed to: 
  10.  - use the Demo version of the software for a 30 day evaluation period; 
  11.  - make as many copies of the Demo version of this software as you wish; 
  12.  - give exact copies of the original Demo version to anyone; 
  13.  - and distribute the Demo version of the software unmodified form via electronic means.
  14.     There is no charge for any of the above. 
  15. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use IBToolsPro 
  16. or any of it's modules, you must register. Unregistered use of the IBToolsPro after the 
  17. 30-day evaluation period is a violation of international copyright laws. You are specifically 
  18. prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made and 
  19. from distributing the software  with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior 
  20. written permission.

  23.     LICENSE AND ROYALTIES

  25. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use IBToolsPro on one 
  26. computer, so the IBToolsPro may be installed on a single workstation used 
  27. nonsimultaneously by multiple people. You may freely redistribute the  
  28. GrantMasterAdm (administrator version) with those databases which was created with the 
  29. use of the IBToolsPro.
  30. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with registration fee to the 
  31. authors (see regist.txt). There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of 
  32. registration associated with redistribution of the GrantMasterAdm.
  33. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  34. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed 
  35. program, except as provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result 
  36. in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil 
  37. prosecution.
  38. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by authors.

  40.     DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  42. IBToolsPro is distributed "as is".  No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.  
  43. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. The authors will not be liable for 
  44. data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this 
  45. software.
