	LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

	DEMO VERSION (UNREGISTERED COPY)

	You are hereby licensed to: 
 - use the Demo version of the software for a 30 day evaluation period; 
 - make as many copies of the Demo version of this software as you wish; 
 - give exact copies of the original Demo version to anyone; 
 - and distribute the Demo version of the software unmodified form via electronic means.
	There is no charge for any of the above. 
Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use IBToolsPro 
or any of it's modules, you must register. Unregistered use of the IBToolsPro after the 
30-day evaluation period is a violation of international copyright laws. You are specifically 
prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made and 
from distributing the software  with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior 
written permission.


	LICENSE AND ROYALTIES

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use IBToolsPro on one 
computer, so the IBToolsPro may be installed on a single workstation used 
nonsimultaneously by multiple people. You may freely redistribute the  
GrantMasterAdm (administrator version) with those databases which was created with the 
use of the IBToolsPro.
To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with registration fee to the 
authors (see regist.txt). There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of 
registration associated with redistribution of the GrantMasterAdm.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed 
program, except as provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result 
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil 
prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by authors.

	DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

IBToolsPro is distributed "as is".  No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.  
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. The authors will not be liable for 
data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this 
software.
