  7. CloseUp is a small utility that shows you in real
  8. time what is directly under the mouse pointer. It
  9. is perfect for any graphics artist that needs
  10. control down to the single pixel under the mouse's
  11. hotspot.

  13. CloseUp is a 16-bit application, but it works under
  14. Windows 95.  It works with any video adapter and
  15. resolution.  It sits on your screen and constantly
  16. updates anytime you move the mouse.  You can put
  17. the window anywhere, and it will remember where it
  18. was the next time you start it.  You can enlarge or
  19. shrink the window, too!  It stays on top of other
  20. windows, so you can work with your application in
  21. full-screen mode.

  23. CloseUp consists of three files.  CU16.EXE is the
  24. main program, and SYSHOOKS.DLL is the part that makes
  25. most of it possible.  Then, there's the help file,
  26. CU16.HLP, which doesn't say much as the utility is
  27. so easy to use.  These files can be placed in any
  28. directory (the DLL should be in the same directory
  29. as the EXE).
