  11. imagine if you will a world where people like HTML tags, where the WYSIWYG WWW creators put in
  12. tags that will not be seen in another browser without asking or telling you. imagine instead a
  13. technique we call html hacking where you can get your hands dirty by putting the tags in yourself
  14. where you can debug javascript and which has all those horrible tags formatted in a nice way.
  15. now imagine this tool *not* being written in Visual Basic and *not* requiring 15 Mb RAM to run.
