  9. conditions before using this software. Unless you have a 
  10. different license agreement signed by Fred Block your use 
  11. of this software indicates your acceptance of this license 
  12. agreement and warranty.

  19. This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use 
  20. this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a 
  21. period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 
  22. day evaluation period a registration fee of $15.00 is 
  23. required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US 
  24. bank, and should be sent to Fred Block, P.O. Box 1533, 
  25. McAfee, NJ 07428. Quantity discounts and site licenses are
  26. available, as described in the ORDER.TXT file. When payment 
  27. is received you will be sent a registered copy of the 
  28. latest version of U-Convert-It.

  30. Unregistered use of U-Convert-It after the 30 day 
  31. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. copyright laws.

  38. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the 
  39. Shareware version, you are hereby licensed to make as many 
  40. copies of the Shareware version of this software and

  44. unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge 
  45. for any of the above.

  58. more computers, or installed on a single work station used 
  59. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may
  60. access the registered version of U-Convert-It through a 
  61. network, provided that you have obtained individual 
  62. licenses for the software covering all workstations that 
  63. will access the software through the network. This means 
  64. that if ten different workstations will access U-Convert-It
  65. on the network, each workstation must have its own 
  66. U-Convert-It license, regardless of whether they use 
  67. U-Convert-It at different times or concurrently.
