  1. Right to Left Software License Agreement:
  2.     License to Install on 1 machine.

  4.   Right to Left Software Inc. Software License and Limited Warranty
  5.  
  6.   This legal document is an agreement between you, THE LICENSEE,
  7.   and Right to Left Software Inc., THE LICENSOR.
  8.   By executing the program files, you agree to be bound by the terms
  9.   of this agreement, which includes the Software License,
  10.   Limited Warranty and Acknowledgment. If you do
  11.   not agree to the terms presented in this agreement, DO NOT OPEN
  12.   the program files. In order to protect our rights, Right to Left Software
  13.   Inc. does not SELL any rights to software. Rather Right to Left Software Inc.
  14.   grants the Right to Use the software by means of a SOFTWARE
  15.   LICENSE. Right to Left Software Inc. specifically retains the title to all
  16.   Right to Left Software Inc. computer software.

  18.   SOFTWARE LICENSE

  21.   1. Grant of a License. In consideration of payment of The LICENSE
  22.   FEE (part of the price you paid for this product), and your
  23.   agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this License
  24.   and the Limited Warranty, Right to Left Software Inc., THE LICENSOR,
  25.   grants you, THE LICENSEE, a non-exclusive right to use this copy of the
  26.   Right to Left Software Inc. software program named "Animagic Gif Animator"
  27.   (herein called the "Software") on the number of computers (i.e. CPU's)
  28.   specified in the heading of this License so long as you comply with the
  29.   terms of this License.

  31.   2. Ownership of Software. As a Licensee, you own the physical
  32.   media on which the software is originally or subsequently
  33.   recorded, but an express condition of this License is that
  34.   Right to Left Software Inc. retains title and ownership of the
  35.   Software recorded on the original disk(s) and all subsequent
  36.   copies of the Software, regardless of the form or media in or on which
  37.   the original and other copies may exist. This License is NOT a sale of the
  38.   original Software or any copy.

  40.   3. Copying Restrictions. This software and the accompanying
  41.   written materials are the subject of copyright. Unauthorized
  42.   copying of the software, including Software that has been
  43.   modified, or of the written materials is expressly forbidden.
  44.   You may be held legally responsible for any copyright
  45.   infringement which has been encouraged or caused by the failure
  46.   to abide by the terms of this License.

  48.   4. Use Restrictions. As the Licensee, you may physically
  49.   transfer the Software from one computer to another provided that
  50.   the Software is used on only the number of computers specified
  51.   in the heading of this License at any one time. You may not
  52.   distribute copies of the Software or accompanying written
  53.   materials to others. You may not modify, adapt, translate,
  54.   reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative
  55.   works based on the Software. You may not modify, adapt,
  56.   translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create
  57.   derivative works based on the written materials without the
  58.   prior written consent of Right to Left Software Inc.

  60.   5. Other Limitations

  62.   Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and
  63.   Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
  64.   disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that
  65.   such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
  66.   notwithstanding this limitation.

  68.   Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single
  69.   product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on
  70.   more than one computer.
  71.  
  72.   Rental or Lease. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.

  74.   Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all your rights
  75.   under this License, provided you retain no copies; you transfer
  76.   all of the SOFTWARE, including all component parts, the media,
  77.   any upgrades and this License; and the recipient agrees to the
  78.   terms of this License.

  80.   6. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Right to Left
  81.   Software may terminate this License if you fail to comply with the terms
  82.   and conditions of this License. In such event, you must destroy
  83.   all copies of the SOFTWARE and all of its component parts.

  85.   7. Miscellaneous. This License shall be governed and construed
  86.   inaccordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada
  87.   and shall benefit Right to Left Software Inc., its successors and assigns.

  89.   LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  91.   The software and accompanying written material (including
  92.   instructions for use) are provided "as is" without warranty of
  93.   any kind. Further, Right to Left Software Inc. does not warrant,
  94.   guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the
  95.   results of use, of the Software or written materials in terms
  96.   of correctness, reliability, accuracy or fitness for purpose.
  97.   The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software
  98.   is assumed by you. Should the software be defective, you and
  99.   not Right to Left Software Inc. or its dealers, agents, distributors
  100.   or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary repair, servicing
  101.   and correction.

  103.   The above is the only warranty of any kind, either express or
  104.   implied, including but not limited to the warranties of
  105.   merchantability and fitness for purpose, that Right to Left Software Inc.
  106.   makes regarding this product. No oral or written information or
  107.   advise given by Right to Left Software Inc. or its dealers, agents,
  108.   distributors or employees shall create a warranty or in any way
  109.   increase the scope of this warranty.

  111.   Neither Right to Left Software Inc. nor anyone else who has been involved in
  112.   the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be
  113.   liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental
  114.   damages ( including damages for loss of business profits,
  115.   business interruption, loss of business information, and the
  116.   like.) arising out of the use or inability to use this product
  117.   even if Right to Left Software Inc. has been advised of the possibility of
  118.   such damages.

  120.   This does not affect your statutory rights.

  122.   This Limited Warranty shall be governed and construed in
  123.   accordance with the laws of Canada.

  127.   You acknowledge that you have read this License and Limited
  128.   Warranty, understand them, and agree to be bound by their terms
  129.   and conditions.
