  9. PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  11. Everything I Own! is a "shareware" program and is provided to the 
  12. user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but 
  13. the Everything I Own! package must be distributed in unmodified, 
  14. complete form.

  16. If you find this program useful and find that you are using Everything
  17. I Own! beyond the 45-day, 30 use evaluation period, you must make a 
  18. licensing payment to BlueCollar Software.   For information about 
  19. dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, custom versions, 
  20. returns, latest version number or technical support call 937-652-1353 
  21. or write to BlueCollar Software directly.

  23. The registration fee will grant a lifetime usage license for one copy 
  24. of Everything I Own! for use on any one computer at any one time.  
  25. You must treat this software just like a book. For example, this 
  26. software may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved 
  27. from one computer location to another, so long as there is no 
  28. possibility of it being used at more than one location, or by more 
  29. than one person, at any one time. Just as a book cannot be read by 
  30. two different persons at the same time.

  32. Non-registered users of Everything I Own! are licensed only to use the 
  33. program on an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining 
  34. whether or not it meets their requirements. This evaluation period 
  35. shall be 45 days, 30 uses. All other use requires registration.

  37. Commercial users of Everything I Own! must register and pay for their 
  38. copies of Everything I Own! within 45 days of first use or their 
  39. license is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by 
  40. contacting BlueCollar Software.

  42. You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete Everything I Own!
  43. package along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them 
  44. to register their copy if they find that they can use it.

  46. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the 
  47. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this 
  48. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
  49. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) 
  50. of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  51. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
