  17. Purpose:

  19. This plugin is purposed for bt848/878-based TV-tuners with FM-support.
  20. This plugin works with tuner accross DirectShow interfaces without direct 
  21. ports access. It makes possible using of Radiator with bt8x8-based cards 
  22. under Windows 2000.
