Purpose:
--------
This plugin is purposed for bt848/878-based TV-tuners with FM-support.
This plugin works with tuner accross DirectShow interfaces without direct 
ports access. It makes possible using of Radiator with bt8x8-based cards 
under Windows 2000.

WDM-drivers with DirectShow FM-Mode support.
