<p>If you don't want to set up a credit card account and you pay your entire credit card debt every month, you can enter the information in the account from which you pay your credit card.</p>

<ol>
<li>On the <emph>Accounts & Bills</emph> menu, click <emph>Account List</emph>.</li>
<li>Click the account you use to pay your credit card bill.</li>
<li>Make sure the <emph>Show Transaction Forms</emph> check box is selected in the upper right of the page.</li>
<li>In the transaction form, click the <emph>Withdrawal</emph> tab.</li>
<li>In the <emph>Pay to </emph>box, enter the name of the credit card company or bank.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Split</emph>.</li>
<li>For each charge on your credit card statement, enter:</li>
<ul>
<li>A category and subcategory.</li>
<li>A short description of your purchase (optional).</li>
<li>The amount you paid.</li>
</ul>
<li>To enter another charge, double-click the next line.</li>
<li>When you've entered all charges on the statement, click <emph>Done</emph>, and then click <emph>Enter</emph>.</li>
