  5.         <p>When you create electronic payments while not connected to the Internet, you can choose to either connect and submit them to your bill pay provider or financial institution, or save them to send later. If you save them to send later, they will appear in the list on the <emph>View all electronic transactions</emph> page under <emph>Electronic transactions ready to send</emph>.</p>
