  10.         <p>When you <glossary>archive</glossary> old data in your Money file, you should choose a date that will reduce the size of your Money file, but that does not archive transactions you are likely to want to review. Choose dates that are easy to remember, such as the end of a year, so you can find archived data later if needed.</p>
