  23.             <li>Under <emph>Electronic transactions sent in the last 60 days</emph>, select the transaction you want to cancel.</li>
  24.             <li>Click <emph>Cancel Payment</emph>.</li>
  25.             <li>On the confirmation page, click <emph>Cancel Payment</emph> again.</li>

  27.         <p>If you are connected to the Internet, the cancellation is submitted immediately. If you are not connected, you are asked to connect.</p>
