  2. To install SKsh, read the file called "Install.doc" in the doc directory.
  3. Insure you are cd'ed to the directory you unarchived the files in, and
  4. follow the directions in Install.doc
  5.  
  6. This procedure is the same whether you are installing SKsh for the first
  7. time, or updating from and older release of SKsh.
  8.  
  9. The install script will check that the necessary files are present.  If
  10. it reports that any files are missing, then you either have an incomplete
  11. archive, or have extracted the archive improperly.  You should get the
  12. complete SKsh distribution archive, or unarchive it with the lharc 1.30
  13. line:

  15.     lharc -m x SKsh017.lzh
  16.  
  17. The files in the "misc" directory are "lharced" so that the entire SKsh
  18. distribution will fit on one disk.
