- Problem The size of this application is not reflective of it's
- substance. However, it does contain many interesting techniques
- for using 1-2-3 to manage "desktop" related activities. The
- application consolidates into a single worksheet, 3 databases
- and two work areas. Databases are used as: a "message minder",
- an "appointment calander", and a "client-tracker". One of the
- workareas, the "scratch pad", is simply an empty portion of
- the worksheet. The other is a "memo-writer" work area
- accompanied by a handy Range Justify macro and a printing macro.

- The "message minder" database can be used to manage phone
- messages and to-dos. It contains the following fields: Category,
- Date, Name, Phone, Cleared?, Matter, Company, and Address.

- The "Appointment Calender" database contains the following
- fields: Date, Time, With, Action.

- The "client tracker" database contains fields for entering
- client, purpose, date, hours, and action.
