  17. The Help files are under reconstruction, so we left them out of this rel.
  18. Charlie runs in windows, so install in a program group to your liking, set
  19. the home directory correct, otherwise you might have problems using the 
  20. Helpfile. If you give the runtime module a databasename (Full path !) as 
  21. parameter, it will start automatically within this database.
  22. Chargo.exe will allow you to access your queries from within any application. 
  23. (If you have prepared it with Charlie, and given the query's you want 
  24. available here an Icon (double click under Icon in the SQL screen, and 
  25. don't forget to save !)
  26. Windows are centered for VGA screens. The selection windows donnot hangup
  27. anymore if there is nothing to select.
  28. The Tables menu-choice got 2 new entrys, which allows you to copy the 
  29. definition of a table (or all tables) into the clipboard, so you can paste
  30. them directly into your program.
  31. To be able to access Charlie directly within VB, replace the file 
  32. ..vb\datamgr.exe as follows :
  33. Rename ....vb\datamgr.exe  ....vb\datamgr.bak
  34. Mv or Copy ....Charlie\Charlie.exe .....vb\datamgr.exe
  35. Mv or Copy Charlie.Hlp to your windows directory
