  8. INFORMATION:   The documentation isn't clear on how to get into the
  9.                custom options in ELS I 2.12.  You need to install by
  10.                default first and then, after the installation is 
  11.                complete, you type at the DOS prompt "Install -M".  
  12.                This tidbit of information resolved many hours of
  13.                frustration for several different customers.

  15.                By the way, the default printer port spooled as printer 
  16.                0 is COM1 if it exists in the machine.  A customer was
  17.                having problems with the printer port going off line 
  18.                when the job was sent to the queue.  He assumed that his
  19.                LPT1 was the default printer (printer 0).  He didn't 
  20.                realize that his job was waiting to be printed out of 
  21.                the COM port which didn't have a printer connected to it.
