  7. INFORMATION:   We had a customer who was trying to load the Btrieve NLM
  8.                running NetWare 386 v3.1 and having problems with getting
  9.                streams and C Library loaded.
  10.  
  11.                It turns out he had a UPS NLM from American Power called
  12.                POWERCHUTE that was not allowing us to load C Library and
  13.                streams.  We unloaded his UPS NLM and everything loaded
  14.                fine.
