  7. PROBLEM:       We had a customer putting the following command in his system
  8.                login script on a 386 server:
  9.  
  10.                < set path = ";;" >.  
  11.  
  12.                The command allowed him to add the DOS path to his default
  13.                mappings.  He tried it in the 286 environment and it hung his
  14.                login.
  15.  
  16. SOLUTION:      This problem has been duplicated and reported to Engineering. 
  17.                A work-around is to use the ATTACH command to attach to the
  18.                286 server, CD to the PUBLIC directory, run SYSCON, and remove
  19.                the command from the system login script.
