  4. Recently the question arose: Do Novell's TSR's (IPX, NET? and
  5. NetBIOS) need to use their environment space once they become
  6. resident?  And, if not, do they free up this environment space?

  8. Answer:
  9. 386MAX Professional allows you to use this environment space if
  10. it is not needed, but warns against using it if it is needed, as
  11. serious problems may arise as a result.  For NetWare 3.0 and
  12. below, we don't need it, but we don't free it up.  Therefore,
  13. 386MAX will use it if you enable it.  The next release of the
  14. NetWare shell files will free it up.
