  3. Lately, we are beginning to see more support calls concerning
  4. ELS I 2.12 and in particular concerning configuration of the
  5. printers.
  6.  
  7. During installation printer numbers are automatically assigned to
  8. any available printer ports and when a printer is attached to
  9. that port it is given that printer number.  The defaults are as
  10. follows:

  12.                 Printer 0  =  Com1
  13.                 Printer 1  =  Com2
  14.                 Printer 2  =  Lpt1
  15.                 Printer 3  =  Lpt2
  16.                 Printer 4  =  Lpt3
  17.  
  18. These printer assignments are made automatically but they can be
  19. changed by the customer if they so desire.  They will need to go
  20. into Install and select CUSTOM then Miscellaneous Mantenance then
  21. Printer Maintenance.  They can then redefine the printer
  22. assignments to suit their own preferences.
