  13. Symptom:      If you assign a user password that is exactly 64 characters, 
  14.               the system allows that user to log in with the 64-character 
  15.               password you assigned or with NO PASSWORD.  In addition, 
  16.               the maximum allowable password for DOS clients is 127 
  17.               rather than 128.

  19. Problem:      Software problem in OS password encryption code.

  22. Workaround:   Do not assign passwords that have exactly 64 characters.
