  13. Symptom:      In Ethernet network configurations that incorporate both 
  14.               Novell and certain 3rd party AFP servers, the 3rd party 
  15.               servers may complain about or reject AARP packets from 
  16.               NetWare v2.2 servers running NetWare for Macintosh v2.2 
  17.               VAPs.

  19. Problem:      3Com AFP file servers complain about or reject completely 
  20.               the AARP response packet that the VAPs can send.

  22. Solution or 
  23. Work-around:  The solution for now is to not put a 3Com AFP server and a 
  24.               NetWare v2.2 file server on the same Ethernet wire.  There 
  25.               will be a patch for the AARP VAP to resolve this problem soon.
