  7. INFORMATION:   NetWare 386 v3.10a

  9. PROBLEM:       When running SHGEN using the hard disk method, the machine
  10.                hangs reading drive A:
  11.  
  12. SOLUTION:      SHGEN.EXE is written to look for the SHGEN-1 subdirectories
  13.                to write the three files that it creates (IPX.COM,
  14.                SHGENDATA.DAT and CONFIG.DAT). 
  15.  
  16.                The directory structure can be setup in either of the
  17.                following two ways:
  18.  
  19.                1)   Create the SHGEN-1 directory and copy all the shell
  20.                     files to that directory.  Then copy SHGEN.EXE to the
  21.                     parent directory, change the directory to the parent
  22.                     directory and execute SHGEN from there.
  23.  
  24.                2)   Create a SHGEN directory and copy all the shell files
  25.                     to that directory and then make a SHGEN-1 subdirectory
  26.                     and execute SHGEN from the SHGEN directory.
