  6. PROBLEM:       When copying the SYSTEM and PUBLIC files to the file server,
  7.                INSTALL asks for all the correct disks but does not actually
  8.                copy the files onto the SYS volume.
  9.  
  10. SOLUTION:      We have had several customers reporting this problem on
  11.                various machines and versions of NetWare.  Unfortunately, it
  12.                is not a problem that can be repeated at will and has not
  13.                been verified.

  15.                Fortunately, there is a simple work-around.  Boot the file
  16.                server (you may have to boot from floppy), login (from
  17.                floppy if you have to), create the PUBLIC and LOGIN
  18.                directories, and then copy all the diskettes to their
  19.                appropriate directory.
