  6. PROBLEM:       A customer was getting the error message "Description:
  7.                GetMessage was called but the requested system message has
  8.                been deleted."  This message would appear while running
  9.                SYSCON or FCONSOLE.  
  10.  
  11. SOLUTION:      The reason for the error was that the menu system which they
  12.                were using (DirectNet Technology Menu System v1.0) was not
  13.                allowing SYSCON and FCONSOLE to search correctly.  They were
  14.                not finding the SYS$MSG.DAT file.
