  6. PROBLEM:       While running UPGRADE, a customer received the message
  7.                "Error file (byte size) read 0 bytes".  At this point UPGRADE
  8.                quit.
  9.   
  10. SOLUTION:      If you have been using the transfer method when UPGRADE fails 
  11.                then copy over the remaining data using NCOPY.  In other cases 
  12.                you will have to run UPGRADE again and exclude the file. 
  13.   
  14. PROBLEM:       A customer had a Mac files on his 286 server volume.  He didn't 
  15.                remember to add Mac name space to his NetWare 386 volume.  After 
  16.                running UPGRADE for an hour, it tried to access the first Mac 
  17.                file and aborted execution because it couldn't copy it. 
  18.                
  19. SOLUTION:      Be sure to add Mac name space to the 386 file server before 
  20.                running UPGRADE.
