  10. REMARKS:  xx is UK, GR, FR, IT, or SP to define keyboard layouts used in the
  11.           United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
  12.           Only one keyboard program should be installed during a session. The
  13.           current program remains resident until the system is reset. Press
  14.           Ctrl-Alt-F1 to switch from a resident KEYBxx program to the standard
  15.           U.S. keyboard layout or Ctrl-Alt-F2 to return to the selected
  16.           memory-resident keyboard program.
